        • A small tip for those using the Huron Speed or Spoolin Performance alternator relocation brakets - Replace the ribbed idler pulley with a smooth one and you will be less likely to shred belts. I used the one from the old alternator bracket.

I also installed my Modular Turbo power steering line kit. Very nice kit that takes the guesswork out of replacing your power steering lines and frees up a ton of room for the truck manifolds / crossover pipe.

          • Getting close now!

Yesterday I had a local shop (http://www.brosmfg.com/) tig weld a bung in my downpipe for my wideband and when I got home I wrapped it with the DEI lava wrap I had left over from the crossover. A 50' x 2" roll was the perfect amount for the crossover and the downpipe!

I also measured and purchased a 72" belt which fit perfectly and I did the final install of the crossover, turbo, and downpipe. Sorry, no pics yet...

The main items I have to finish yet are:
-hook up the oil feed and drain to the turbo
-install the WG, BOV, cold pipes, and vacuum lines
            -purchase and install air filter
            -re-route PCV/catch can lines
-clean up the wiring / heat management
-cut and install the front bumper cover

                      • Just have to say - I really am thankful for this thread. Even though you're just posting the pictures, I'm learning a LOT about the basics of the turbo setup that I didn't know before. I also appreciate that you're labelling them too so I have a picture in my mind now of where the BOV, waste gate, etc are. Keep up the great work!
