    i have a 1995 lt1 trans am with headers, catback, msd, and i seen a mac underdrive pully on ws6 store for $50 do thos really give u 10+ horsepower like it says ?

    nope. a waste of time and $. If you do a google search you will find many similar responses to mine. I have mine back in its box somewhere. I didn't want to resell it because I thought it would be ripping someone off. Good luck!

      ive always heard smaller pullys increases HP, bigger pullys decreases power. maybe its just the drag racers that it works for.

        Not enough to notice as far as im concerned. Also, should get an alternator OVERDRIVE pulley as well, since your turning all the accessories slower with an UDP.

          OK, never understood any advantage or disadvantages to underdrive pulley except on supercharger for more boost. Someone explain please!

            The slower you spin things the less parasitic drag.

              Think of changing gears on a pedal bike. The front sproket is like a crank pulley...the smaller it is, the easier it is to turn.

                I gained nothing from my UDP at the track - D/A was within a 100ft before and after. If you beat on the car a lot it will prolong accessory life, since they are turning slower.
