why not both... your gonna need something to cool down the turbo..lol direct shot of no2 will chill that air a bit... i still need to get a purge kit for mine... i was thinking of sticking it out the side fender vents.. that way i can just spray whatever shitty ricer is next to me fog up his window a bit...

yea maybe both if i didn't have a stock motor still....my friend that had a 99 Formula with a D1sc Procharger kit...he was gonna spray his car too. he had a N.O.S. kit but sold the car before he put it on. i heard that if you spray a forced induction car it's like spraying twice as much...like a 100 shot is more like a 200 shot and a 75 shot is more like a 150 shot? i dunno if that's true or anything...just what i heard...has anyone else have heard something like that before?

well when you think about it boost is great but very hott... thats why people have huge ass intercoolers and everything else to gain whatever they can... but at No2 to that... its already comming out ice cold... so when you add it to a turbo or supercharger your cooling down that hott forced air to a icy cold forced air... plus adding the No2 its nothing but good for it... that is if your motor can handle it...lol

hmm. idk about twice as much, someone musta just been taslking it up, numbers and facts dont lie i mean i would think that whatever temp the air is going in at is ya know.. what your gunna get outta it. like the temp from your nitrous kit will spray the same wether you have a another power adder or not i think. but im a newb at this stuff

see the wya boost works though is its forcing air into the engine... so your getting extra air... but you can fit more cold air that hot air into any given space... the colder it is the tighter the molecules... you will notice this on dyno test to do a dyno at 72degrees and one at 30 degrees it will add almost 20 hp because the air is so cold it will compress more into the cylinder... so boosted air turbo or supercharger is great adds more air forces it in... but its hott anywere from 200 degrees on up depending... by adding the nitrous your cooling the air down to freezing temps so not only are you adding no2 which helps use what air is in the cylinder but you compress even more of the forced air in because its cold... i dont know about 50% but i know atleast a 35% increase based on the dyno test ive seen so if your pushing 500 hp with boost and shoot a 100 shot no2 its going to end up comming out more like 635 hp instead of just 600 because of the cold air....

              thank you bill nye

i just now noticed killercam's little fast and the furious video. Its funny how hes acting all scared when he can barely make it to 75 in his car.

I run a 125 horse shot and it runs great. As long as you get good info about the does and donts of NOS you will be safe. There is a few articles out there in chevy perf. that are good to read. I will be steping up my shot for next summer. NOS is sweet.
