Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!

I think it is because I take it in and out all the time, the rubber has just stretched out, especially at the bottom where it is really thin. It annoys me more then anything.
Damn that is a big pipe! What size is that like 6"?
I must say Matt I am dissapointed, that is the dirtiest I have ever seen your car. LOL. You are still putting us all to shame! Good show bro. Keep up the good work!
i wouldn't say spare but yeah it was a very well thought out setup. we even had to notch the frame rail for the one charge pipe. cut out the core support and stood the griffin radiator up. it looks almost like it's floating because it's mounted to the chromoly round bar bumper support/ IC holder

yeah my car is nasty. probably next fall i'll have the whole car repainted. it truely is the worst this car has ever been, but i'll wet sand it with 3000 trizac when it's done and wheel the piss outta it!
as for the pipes. yeah they're HUGE. it's 3 1/2" aluminum charge pipe from the turbo to the inter cooler. and from the intercooler to the throttle body it's 4" aluminum. the entire hot side is stainless. 1 3/4" headers, 2 1/2" crossover, 4" downpipe all the way to the back of the car. i have a lot of metal polishing in my future!
the plan is to be ready first thing when the weather breaks! all i have left to do is buy the fuel system and get the Big Stuff 3 wired in the car and finish up the last few things

Looks great Matt, can't wait to line em up this year!
like i said to you before...i had planned on this for a while, it was just a matter of getting the car ready to go to paint. i actually completely forgot to take the painter my brake booster as i want it gloss black too now. so hopefully i'll get that to him sometime this weekend maybe. i'm excited though, this is the first time my car is actually looking like a car again! and i think it will be well worth the year it has taken me so far
