Eh don't worry about it than. The MT is a proven tire. People have taken the 275 MT DR into the 8's in the stock suspension classes.Originally posted by OIF1VET View PostI said screw it, ordered the MT's.. Guess I'll have to wait a little longer to make some passes.. Forgot to check out Hoosier...

you will have to measure yours. we use 5.5 on a 8 inch and 7.5 on a 10 inch but your runing a wider axle in a 3rd gear. I just put a 3rd gen 9 inch in a 99 and we had to do alot of measuring for the wheelOriginally posted by alwaysmessedup View Postwe will have to make it our own west side track day at thunderbird. i have some new tires and am building my auto trans this next weekend to see what i can do this year. by the way what backspacing are u running on your 15" wheels. i bought some mt drag slicks 26x10x15 to try and wondering what backspacing im gonna need because i have a 4th gen rear end in my car so its the same set up as yours. let me know thanks. ps nice dyno run and awesome power.
