As for price - I can't really remember. I think it was no more than $10, but don't quote me on that Funny enough, O'Reilly had a Buy 1 Get 1 deal on the can... I really don't know why anyone would need two cans of this if it's supposed to last 5x as long though

lol thats a good point, just like the infomercial products where if you call in the next 10 minutes they will double your order free. I never understood youd need 2 if the product is so great lol

To prevent overspray on the wheels, this is something I did long ago that works great! Get a decent size piece of cardboard (larger than your rim o.d.) and either put it on you rim and cut around the edge with a razor, obviously keeping your tires and rims finish in mind, or simply measure the rim diameter and cut a circle out that size. then just put it against the rim and spray the hell outta the tire with your cleaner/shine. Nothing will touch your wheels! Then just keep the template in your trunk/hatch. Seriously convenient little method I came up with. Saves a lot of wiping time from overspray. This obviously won't keep it off your body once you get rolling fast, but the wheels will shine

Applied the tire coat to Red Alert today. I didn't even bother masking the rim off, we'll see how that looks tomorrow

Ok, gotta get some. Not the biggest fan of wet look. But looks like it can tone down with less product and over time. Its a win if it lasts though.

Yeah it tones down a bit over time - I've had it sprayed on my tires on the 5th gen for about a month now, I'll snap some pictures today if I remember and post them up. They still look nice and black, but it's not as "shiny wet" as they originally were.

Yeah I love them - the Riken Raptors really make the khumo ecstas look bad. I LOVE the look of the Raptors. Big, meaty tires.

Bought some on sale @advance auto 6.99

Put it on 3 cars over last 3 days... can is about gone. Key thing is cleaing the tires first. Literally cleaned the daily drivvers tires 3-4 times each. Easiest way was on the camaro when i took the wheels off to detail everything. On the wifes malibu, i goofed up when cleaning and missed the botttom @ the ground. Mine dont look so wet as brians above, i must have used less product.
