The Liquid Ice, for me, does MINOR work on the car. Now it does give it an extra shine when you do the whole car, but I use it only before car shows now on the Z. I
On a side note, I suppose if you use it to actually repair something, like Angie and B did, then I suppose its more useful.

I tried using it on my wifes car to get off a hand print on the spoiler. Took like 5 applications before most of it came off. As for her rear bumper which traded paint with another car and it didn't even touch it. To me it's just good for taking old wax off.

hahaha wtf? Couldn't even get a hand print off? Wow that's pretty shitty. So it didn't even work for getting the traded paint off then?Originally posted by SouLTeRRoR View PostI tried using it on my wifes car to get off a hand print on the spoiler. Nope, I even tried getting some road tar and such off. I'm very disappointed in the product. Waste of like $15.

What were you using, Mark? The Liquid Ice Polish or the Liquid Ice Claybar? I think some posts in here people are getting them confused. I really doubt that you're talking about the Liquid Ice Liquid Claybar because I used it to get quite a bit off of Angie's car and I used it to get paint exchange off of my Camaro after the first accident I got into a few years ago. There's no way it can't get rid of a handprint or the rear bumper paint exchange.- Brian Meissen

That's strange -- I removed quite a bit of paint exchange on my front fender when I got in my first accident in Red Alert back in November 2-3 years ago.- Brian Meissen

I used shaving cream to write stuff on my friend's truck after he got married to decorate his truck and he hasn't washed the truck since the wedding (about 18 mo.) in the Texas sun. It left a pretty nice "Just Married" soup mark in the paint that couldn't be washed off even with some serious scrubbing. We finally used some ICE liquid claybar and it came off pretty easily. I think it works well if your paint is in decent shape, still not as good as real claybar though.
