not hard to install. pacesetters are the easiest headers to install on F-body's. nothing is in the way of them, you can simply slide them right in from the bottom!Originally posted by turbocreeperso were they hard to do?? some people say yes and others say no1998 Camaro SS Bullseye Turbo

Yes, even though most headers end up being replaced sometime or another, the non coated Pacesetters with our cars seem to get worn out badly. Not only will the coated ones last longer but the main reason is keeping the under-hood temps extremely lower.Originally posted by turbocreeperif i dont get them coated, but dont drive in rain or snow, will they still go to hell?? who does coating and how much will it run me?? thanks alan jr for volunteering!
So get them coated for sure. Dont want you to end up having to change them really quickly becuaseof problems with rust and cracking. I figure you want to get the best for your car at an affordable amount, but even the non coated headers aren't worth the pain.Last edited by sping012; December 29th, 2006, 07:24 PM.

It annoys me more then anything.
