LT1 hoods are too low to fit the LS1 radiator support and lid stacked together.

what if i got a cowl hood? I'd rather not cut my core support. I spent weeks on making the engine bay purdy lol

I could always go Ls front end, Been wanting halo head lights for so long.

chris i thought about it on the way back yesterday, but im going to try to get you some pictures of the underside of the rad support. Youll find it helpful cause theres a lot to trim there and it would be a guessing game without them.

i don't mean to thread-jack, but does the LS1 style intake outflow the '93-'97 ram air? I need a different intake but just not sure.

im going to get my hosting back up soon. you guys need to see the underside of the rad support, i did some trick trimming there that made the whole setup nice and "snug" / solid.

I'll hopefully be starting the changeover with my car soon, I'll get some in the works pictures whenever I get started with this. Waiting on a call back for some parts, possibly have the whole factory rad support / air box assembly for $60-70. I checked the dealer on just the lower support and they wanted $125 after my discount. A bit ridiculous on something I'm just gonna cut to fit.
