lt1 or ls1 header swap

  • lt1 or ls1 header swap

    what is easier to do put headers on, an lt1 camaro or ls1 camaro, they look about the same difficulty wise but my friend was tellin me that the ls1 has alil more room that lt1 but i dunno.

    Pacesetter LT Race Headers, Volant CAI, 3.23 gears, Still working on it.

    probably depends on what brand you're buying and shorty or long tube.. plus your own skill level

      im going with hooker long tubes and me and my buddy already did a header swap on his lt1 camaro so i think we can do another swap.

        LS1 is much easier but neither are "hard"

        LS1 headers can but installed in about 4 hours.

          ok thanks it was just botherin me cause i been puttin off buyin headers for monthes now cause i thought was gonna be harder to do but now ill actually buy them within a couple weeks

            LS1 hands down.

              LT-1's are work but can be done in a day.

              Never did an LS car but the look easier to do.

                As long as the stock exhasut comes off ok, neither should be hard.

                        i went with the pacesetter headers with no a.i.r system cause i didnt want that stuff clutterin up my car anymore so they should be here by wednesday. i was lookin for hookers with no egr but i couldnt find any and they were backordered on jegs and summit.
