torsen's will make alittle noise while making long corners(on ramps).
If you lived closer I could check it. It could be many things, wheel bearings,ect..
BTW- 10 bolt does not mean how many bolts hold the diff cover on.. Its the number of bolts in the ring gear.

I agree with Mike...check the clearance. If it grinds when you turn, I would definitely check the steering out! Does it pull or anything when you are going straight, and does it come from one side of the vehicle than the other, or is it equal?

Yeah, Brain fart, I meant the ring gear. Long day.

I would still start by popping the diff cover off and seeing what it looks like. Might just be low on fluid and grinding the limited slip (there are clutches in there right?). Then if all looks ok start looking at other things.

LoL, no problem Mike, I just meant worst case scenario on an M6 she could do it. Like you said 3k+ clutch dumps would do it.

A lot of good suggestions here............however, don't over-look the simple things first. Might be as simple as these new parts rubbings on some moving parts such as drive shaft, steering linkages, etc. Just a thought!

thank you all very much. i definitely appreciate the feedback. i forgot to add that they tuned the car for me but i really didnt think that would be wearing on the car like that. either way, it doesnt always make that noise when i turn. only when im accelerating in the turn. like if im pulling one of those michigan 'u's and even then it doesnt happen all the time. but any horrible grinding noise coming from anywhere in my car is enough to raise concern. i can definitely feel it coming from the back though. if im turning left, i can feel it on the right and vice versa. i think im gonna have the boss guy rag on it during his lunch and give me some more insight. if you have any other suggestions, just let me know. thanks again guys.

Yep, Check the fluid!!!!! Even if it is low, with the grinding I'd change it right away!!!!! Hope it is still good.

alright, checked the fluid and its absolutely beautiful. after what ive read here and talking to a few people, ive decided to throw some 373s back there. only problem is that im not from around here (the livonia area) so i have no clue as to where to take my car to get this done. any recommendations?
