  • can i just put on new wires with no problems?

    well i want some new spark wires and i heard i need to put some thing in the boot. just what is that? and any recommendations? i was thinking some MSD.

    and i know 4th gens have a sweet ignition set up stock, but would there be any benifit to add a ignition box. cause my freind put one on his stang. i know we have a coil for each cylinder just asking???

    wires are a direct swap, some guys add some gel into the boot to get them to slip on easier, but other than that, nothing special needed

            there fixed the spelling for you

              The "gel" isn't for helping it slide on, it's electrical grease to help with conduction and prevent water from getting on the terminals and rusting them. Most good wire sets will come with a small packet of it.
