  • Both blinker bulbs exploded

During that massive weather storm earlier this week it blew both of my blinker bulbs at the same time. I'm wondering if this is a coincidence or if there may be deeper electrical issues? Bulbs on my car do tend to blow out alot, but this was a first that they both went out together and both having exploded the bulb's glass.

My bulbs were exploding too, but the connector bodies that they plug into were burnt/melted on the inside. I spliced in some new connector bodies and it took care of the issue. Are yours in decent shape? That is weird though that both blew out at the same time. Possibly a short somewhere? I'm no electrical expert though, that stuff is voodoo to me.
Adding power makes you faster on the straights. Subtracting weight makes you faster everywhere.

For six days work may be done, but on the seventh day, you shall have a track day, a Sabbath of competing, to time the FIREBIRD; whoever does any work on it shall be put in last place.

very likely, I have a hard enough time getting to the bulb, not sure how I would get at splicing wires without removing the headlamp assemblies.

farmington that makes sense as well since it was damn near flood conditions. The rubber seal things between the housing/connector looked to be intact though.

Take the wheels off and then take the splash-guards off. Atleast thats how i did mine.

Mine would burn out almost weekly, and i knew i needed new sockets but the auto parts store quoted me something like $70 for the connector.
(turns out a camaro tail light socket works just fine)
