need 96 3.8 c210 220 230 pinout.

  • need 96 3.8 c210 220 230 pinout.

    well after meissen kindly help explain repinning my 94 lt1 engine harness to work with my 96 v6 dash harness i came across a steal for a 96 lt1 engine harness. plugged it it and the car gets weak spark, cranks and backfires. we just plugged in the engine harness because we couldnt find seperate pinouts for same year v6. well the oil pressure gauge doesnt read either. (no idea what year lt1 cluster is, dont know if the cluster pinout changed or not.) its getting pressure verified through a mechanical gauge.

    cranks wont start
    weak spark
    oil pressure gauge doesnt read
    96 lt1 harness plugged into 3.8 96 dash harness without modification.
    backfires.
    gets 40 psi fuel

    new coil, opti and have tried 3 different used icms
    I post in here because im sure i need to repin the engine harness which could be causing all the problems.

    Any ideas where i can find the pinouts for the v6?

    Here are the pinouts for C220 and C230. For some reason there is only a drawing of C210 but no pinout.

      Shbox has all 3 connectors on his site - I don't see any glaringly obvious changes from v6 to v8 now that you're 1996 to 1996.
