Can you hook a pressure gauge up near the intake and see if it's fluxuating or not?

welp i talked to a buddy who knows fuel systems quite well and he said i needed to run a new wire kinda like a hot wire kit for the pump since it will draw more power then the old one. so i did that and it still did it. hooked a guage up to it by removing my nitrous line and putting the guage in there and then it was fluctuating pretty good. also found out that my fuel pressure was much to low only going up to about 3psi when running. so i bumped that up. but after i unhooked the nitrous line the fluctuating went away which really puzzles me b/c all it is is a T for the nitous line to go off of so im stumped.

no it IS a walbro. they cover it with that stupid red cover so that you cant see its a walbro, mine said walbro right on it, problem was when putting it on my v6 car it wouldnt even fit with that stupid cover, so i installed the pump like factory without the cover, I dont get why they even waste money with that cover NOBODY sees inside the fuel tank.

Must have been operator error.......never heard of a bad Walbro pump....they have the best reputation for pump reliability.

no operator error,we even did a fuel pressure test on the brand new one he bought from summit when we were at seans shop it had to crank to build enough pressure. sean said something like "a valve is bleeding off in the pump" or something along those lines.

i had no problem with mine on the other hand
