Figured I'd post a thread about this to see what everyone thinks, not looking forward to tearing apart my door again.
As some of you know, Saturday (August 30th) I took both of my doors apart and replaced BOTH window motors. I used the writeup from Shbox and it went really smooth. Only took about 30 minutes for each door. Ended up knocking out a few other things (power mirror harness conversion from the Camaro wiring to the Firebird wiring) and then put it all back together.
The driver's side was replaced with a brand new window motor from Murrays that I purchased the day before.
The passenger's side was replaced with an unopened OEM GM window motor that my dad bought a couple years ago from the dealership.
After I finished installing the motor, and after I finished installing the door panels I did a few tests up and down with each window to ensure the gears were meshed.
Didn't drive the car at all on Sunday or Monday. Tuesday I drove it to work, had the windows down on the way to work, rolled them up when I got to work. Went to lunch in the Camaro and rolled the windows on the drive to the restaurant, rolled them up when my boss and I got there. Left the restaurant, went to roll the windows down, and SONOFA***** the passenger side window was completely froze.
I've metered the switches, they get power and are working 100% perfectly. Even tried the old Camaro switches instead of the Firebird switches, passenger side won't budge at all. If you put your head to the door panel while pushing on the switch, right when you make the connection on the switch you can hear like a click that reminds me of a relay click but it's a lot softer and I don't think there's any relays in the motor.
Anyone have any ideas other than the motor being fried already? I just can't believe the motor only lasted through about 10 uses (up and down) once it was installed.

I guess I'll have to tear the door apart again to find out this weekend.
