    I run Mobil 1 5w-30 in my car at 144k miles. No issues.

      My 60k mile engine drinks mobil 1 like it's going out of style.

      Switched to Joe Gibbs LS30 and the valve train is quieter and no more oil in the catch can.

      Use whatever oil you are comfortable with. As long as it's changed regularly and there isn't sludge build up you should be fine.

        Yup my 8x,xxx mile engine drinks a quart of Mobil 1 every 3k miles
