Crank No Start

    Crank No Start

    Well now that I got the trans back in, now I have crank no start.
    It started before the swap now it won't start.

    45psi at the rail.
    Every trans connection is in.
    Starter wires all seem there.
    Alternator is wired up.
    Had brake booster line unplugged plugged it in, still no go.
    Checked the ICM connector, 12v to ground on the pink wire.

    The only thing I did besides change the bell housing, clutch was removed the EVAP solenoid from passenger side intake. I plugged the TB with a vacuum cap. Also got on TunerCats and disabled the CCCP. (EVAP)

    Tested #1 injector. Pink wire lights test light which it should, black wire does not light the test light when cranking. Which diagnostics says opti sensor, which leads to more testing of the opti. Which is bull because nothing should of happened to the opti from the time I started to pull the trans till now. I didn't touch anything up front.

      The black wire is gounded by the injector driver. If you are using the single wire test light, clip it to the positive post of the battery and then probe the black wire to see if it flashes while cranking

        Thanks but I figured the problem out. I want to kick myself in the head for it too.

        When I deleted the EVAP solenoid, the optispark harness was attached to it, so I disconnected it. When I was making sure all the connections were made I thought it was to the solenoid so thought nothing of it being disconnect. Traced the harness from the Optispark back and said "Wow I am stupid" plugged it back in and fired right up.

              Right?

              I was pissed thinking I had to get another Opti. I just put a AC Delco in like 3 years ago and only drove the car like 10k miles.
