I need someone to do performance work on my f-body

So I have a '98 camaro (auto) I just bought, 100% bone stock. I simply don't have the time or experience to work on the car right now. For some reason, which is really making me frustrated, is I can't find anyone to do performance work on it. I need the following done, and as you will see, almost all of the labor overlaps. Also note that I'd have to be able to drop off and pick up the car in the evenings or on a weekend. So here's what I need done:

General inspection especially with a good transmission inspection.
Welded in subframe connectors
Long tube headers installed
Torque converter installed
Crossmember mounted torque arm w/ driveshaft loop installed
Adjustable lower control arms
Panhard bar
Grinded calipers to fit 15" pro stars
Engine & Trans tune

Note that I haven't bought any parts for it yet besides the wheels, so someone could really get something out of this.

Can anyone help me out? I find it hard to believe that nobody is out there that can and wants to do this for some good money. I really want all of this done ASAP.
