  • Thoughts on this car please

I'm definitely interested in buying it, but I don't know enough about LT1 cars to tell if it's been done right or not.

The car is ridiculously clean and it gets comments wherever it goes.

That's a pretty serious build, and it's a sharp looking car. He also used quality parts, mahle, arp, comp, pacesetter, etc. Looks to be "legit" as they say.

mmmm nice color. Wont know unless you went and took a look at it really. It could look really good on paper untill you see it in person and do an inspection. But from looks of it looks pretty damn clean exterior wise. Known parts also no weird brands.

He has a lot of cash into that car. If it is as he states I would say thats a very good price. Beautiful Camaro!

All that time an effort put into the engine, yet nothing is said about the transmission or the rear end. I'd definitely test drive it to make sure both are intact.

Also, if you want to take the matter into your own hands, invest in a cheap ProVision scope and probe that engine every which way you can to confirm the parts that are what the seller claims. It's also good for checking the overall physical condition of the internal engine. If the seller refuses your request to probe the engine, walk away.

                              this.

Also, that engine is still running an opti. If this is a build that wants to be revved to 7k all the time, thats gonna give you problems. The good thing is that you can convert to a complete LS1 ignition now. The bad thing is it costs an arm and a leg.

Other than that i dont see any problems with it. The front bumper near the driver said turn signal looks effed up in a couple of the pics.
