It depends on how much of the A/C you want to remove. If you just want to remove the compressor and condensor the job is very easy. Just get the a/c delete pulley. I removed the compressor, condesor and evaporator(the under hood part of the heater and a/c module) That is a little more involved. Or you can remove the complete havac system which involves removing the dash to remove the hvac system.

the easiest is don't turn it on. The pulley spins free there is no load on engine, or pay 75.00 for pulley delete and remove compressor. Then you save 70 lbs weight still have free spin pulley.

I bought that delete pulley from summit and it didn't fit. They may have fixed that error though.

Damn you're trying to hack that car up in a hurry. Why would you delete the A/C?

Agree with all of the above. I just helped Dan [mcssmostwanted] cut his AC out of the heater core a few weeks ago. It's a fairly easy job and it really does clean up the engine bay, but personally I'd rather have the power and still have the ability to turn the AC on.
