stock fuel pressure regulator for 98 tank

i was wondering from this picture which is considered the stock fuel pressure regulator... i was thinking maybe it has the tube connected to it going to in between my twin pumps?

in the pic i took out the spherical plastic yellowish thing mounted on the cap of the assembly idk what it is exactly... thought it was the FPR

i have a external FPR mounted on the rails... i just needed to know so i dont have to fight for the fuel pressure that is needed.

round black thing with the clip. remove clip, separate , remove diaphram then put back together

i made a mistake and took out the check valve i think, now i need to open er back up and actually remove the FPR

that one may not be able to remove the inards. may have to remove the whole thing. the clip by your thumb
