Right now I run German Castrol 0W30 on the recommendation of Campbell and I like it. Seems to have quieted down my whole engine.

The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community.
