What Oil does everyone run in there F-body's? Brand and Thickness

I Run Castrol Syntec 5w-30

I know a lot of people run Mobil 1 5w30 in their 4th gens, that's what I run in the 5th gen too.

Mobil 1 Synthetic 5W30 with Mobil 1 Filter....and i add a Lucas fuel injector cleaner with every oil change.

I ran Brad Penn 10w30 during the break in period, probably gonna go royal purple 10w30 synthetic now

Mobil 1 5w-30 with an AC Delco filter only because it has been done since the the factory. I know AC Delco filters are like Motorcraft though and change manufactures ever few years. I just pray they aren't made by Fram!

I ran just cheap valvoline oil in my old v6 bird. The only oil that will touch the trans am is mobil 1 synthetic, I think I put 10W30 in last time. I just grab whatever valvoline filter is on the rack in our shop to fit my car. I noticed the previous owner had a mobil 1 filter on the car, but I didn't bother buying another.

Whats the deal with Fram?

They are complete garbage and have ruined engines. Stay away from them. In fact cut open the fram you do have just too see how poorly made they are.
