    ok. questiion...

    lol..

    im thinking clutch..... grrr..

low rpm and low MPH <20... the whole car chugs? i mean bad..

its a brand new Spec 2 clutch disk on a balanced flywheel and LT4 pressure plate? (valeo)

it grabs hard and smooth.. but at a maintained speed it chugs super bad..

    any ideas?

So you're saying it chugs all the time? Or only NOT under load?

well, havnt been able to dyno it yet.. but took it to a shop that was able to fine tune F/A ratios and such.. they said everything looked good after they were done. kinda cheap too.. idk.. prolly heading to the dyno on saturday.. well see what happens..

bout to go re adjust the rockers cause one on the passenger side is clicking now. urg.. at least its the pass side.. lol.

it does it when your at a maintained speed.. at low Rpms..

say 20 mph cruising threw housing in second.

probably around 1600-1900 rpm? light to very little load conditions?

                I'm sure it's cam surge!

                His cam is a 236/242 @.050 .544/.541 Lift w/ 110 LSA

You need to get it Dyno tuned so they can tweak the Air & Fuel as well as the Spark Advance.
I'm sure that will take care of your problem unless your plugs are messed up again

My 2.2 5spd Sonoma used to do it. Turned out to be holes in the vacuum lines. I spent like 2 hours finding what one was bad and it was doing it again 2 months later. I just replaced all the 12+ year old lines and never had a problem after.

with a 110 lsa a good tuner can make it better but it may never go away completely
judging by the speed you said I assume you have 3.42 or 3.73s also?
that cam would like 4.11's better

well if it can be tuned out a bit i would be happy. just couldnt see driving it like it is for fear of whiplash or a broken neck.. lol.. its pretty violent.

playing the brake the rearend and get a new one game right now.

but was planning on a ford 9 inch with some 4.00 + gears..

do they make a 4.11 for the stock 10 bolt?
