      You don't need to get it to 240 ft/lbs, you just need to get it as tight as you can. The two that I have changed out I only got to about 200 ft/lbs and that was plenty tight. Also when you put in the new bolt, I don't remember the torque spec, but it asks you to go 140 degrees after that torque, but I have only gotten it to about 100-110 degrees. Just make sure you can get it as tight as you can and have a BIG breaker bar to help you get some torque to torque down the bolts! Good luck and have fun!

          Yeah I just made mine as tight as humanly possible, then you install the new bolts and torque to 32ft lbs and then go 140 degrees past that. Its easy if you have the flexplate locked properly.
