Got some seafoam for the tank, and a can of Valvoline Carb & Throttle body cleaner, paper towels, and a tooth brush. Looks pretty clean now. Started it up and it sputtered a lot which from what I read is normal and then it evened out. Ideling at just under 1k rpms now. So looks like the problem is fixed. Thanks everyone.
