I have a few questions on the subject, maybe some of you can help me out.

    I started with a 2003 5.3 Auto 4x4 harness:
    IMAG0427.jpg

Removed everything but the essentail sensors, AC connectors, and some other plugs that I need to find their purpose
    IMAG0428.jpg

As far as I could tell, this connector is for the tank sensors. Correct? Won't be needed as this harness is for the '60 Impala
    IMAG0429.jpg

I found this picture on the net, but I believe the left connector is for the Park/Neutral switch and the right one is for the wipers. Correct?

We want to run cruise control. I'm not sure if the wiring is seperate from the engine harness or not. Will be ordering a cruise control box here soon but any info on that would be greatly appreciated!

There is a black connector that is right next to the blue connector, which is pictured in the second photo above. Does anyone have a pinout for that? 16 pin connector, only 12 pins present. I believe it ties the engine harness into the dash harness for key on, crank, AC, brake switch, etc.

Also, this harness has a connector for a transmission input shaft speed sensor (ISS) and I was wondering if that is something that should/could be removed? I'm putting the 4l60e that I have into the 98 Camaro so I will be needing another (if we infact switch the Impala to auto) and finding one that is ISS equiped may be time comsuming and a bit tricky.

Again, any help would be great! Thanks

        Cable, 16220610 PMC (2000 LM7 I believe)

I have two DBW harnesses and one 2004 LM7 computer, but I'd rather keep a cable TB for this project.

Without having a spare fuse block to check the circuits, I need to figure out what items need what fuses
Ignition Power - 40A - Powers Ignition Switch, Starter Relay.
          Bank 1 Injectors - 15A - Key On
          Bank 2 Injectors - 15A - Key On
Bank 1 Coil - Tied into Bank 1 Injector power?
Bank 2 Coil - Tied into Bank 2 Injector power?
          Bank 1 O2 - 15A (Should I lower to 10A since rear o2's removed?)
          Bank 2 O2 - 15A (Same as above?)
Accessory Relay Power - 10A - Key On
          AC Clutch Power - 10A
Sensors (MAF, MAP, IAC, etc) - 10A
          ECM1 - 10A - PCM Pin ?
          ECM2 - 20A - Fuel Pump and PCM Pin ?
          Transmission - 10A

i don't think a Electric throttle body PCM will run a cable engine.

I literally need the entire fuse box, I'd need to trace the bus bars inside to see how the juice flows

The Harness/PCM I have is for a cable throttle (DBC? I think is the common acronym for that) but I was just stating that I have two other harnesses w/ DBW throttle bodies and on DBW PCM.

Since I don't have a truck body/dash harness, I can't tell if power/signal is going out or coming in on some of the connections. I'm not about to tear the 02 Silverado to figure this information out!

The idea behind all this is to separate the power sources to make diagnosing easier.

                    Key On Fuse Block:
                    Bank1 Injector/Coil
                    Bank2 Injector/Coil
                    O2 Sensor
                    Engine Sensor
                    PCM/Transmission
                    Relay Enable Source

                    12 Volt Constant Fuse Block:
                    PCM
                    Fuel Pump Relay Source
                    AC Relay Source

04/05 were different than the earlier years. 99 was a one year PCM I believe, 00-02 (03 maybe?) were the same PCM.

I have a Diablo Predator handheld tuner for 04-05 Chevy trucks, I'll let it go for dirt cheap.
