04/05 were different than the earlier years. 99 was a one year PCM I believe, 00-02 (03 maybe?) were the same PCM.

Yes, harness is slightly different in 99, and they didn't use the better "411" PCM.
FWIW, the only difference I saw with my harness was the oil pressure sending unit. Everything was plug and play for a 03 motor non-elec throttle..
I just used my old sending unit (which was the same as the 95-99 T400 body trucks)
Get one from an 02 is your best bet.
