True, m6 does make a difference. My cam only CC503 auto is right on par with other dyno numbers I've seen. ...gar, now you're making me want to upgrade my cam

I looked at your dyno graph yesterday and it will still climbing till you slammed into the rev limiter. Spin that puppy to 7000 =)Originally posted by JoeliusZ28 View PostYou have an auto, so if you had an M6 your numbers would be higher as well.
My car made 370 and could have made potentially made more since it was on the rev limiter. I have seen several instances of GM847 cam only cars making 370-380, not that thats a practical cam to choose though.Originally posted by Yoshi94Mines about an inch bigger than Kyles. I know this is an old post, but where can I find an lt1 for under a grand?Originally posted by jetice View PostNope, the hp/dollar of an LT1 is way lower than that of an LSx engine. How cheap? 5.3L's can be found all day, complete, for far less than $1000.
Lets put it this way: say you had a budget of 4K, if an LT1 was way cheaper to install than an LSx, and you put the extra money into mods, the LSx will still walk it.
