Gotcha.. yea I am looking for a T-56 for my setup.. but would kinda like to find one that needs a rebuild like yours and pick it up for a good deal.. and do a rebuild myself rather than paying a big chunk of change for a good one.. and still rebuild anyways.Originally posted by HenryZ28 View PostYes it's for an LT1. If I find one I'll sell my old one. But most likely I'm going to just rebuild it with stage two parts."Project Shadowfax" <- Clicky Clicky

I plan on rebuilding it myself. But the thing is my reverse gave out and my 1-2 synchronizer grinds. So I plan on replacing everything with stage 2 parts. As well as all the synchronizers. But if when I open it tonight, and I find out it needs 1500 worth of parts, I'm going to just buy a remanufactured jasper T56 through my shop for $2300. The reason I'm contemplating it is for the 3 year/100k mile warranty. The bright side is it only took me an hour and a half to remove the trans in my garage at home last night
