Good guess!!! I've never even pulled a spark plug out of an ls motor lol.it just looked kinda obvious. Rods are to close to the crank prolly caused to grab the crank and spin.

Yup backwards. Should of done an old school motor Paul knows old style shit way better lol

did he hone the bores? torque plate?
look about 1 inch up on the bore in number 5

definitely is a good amount of scarring on those bearings. the heads are still useable still correct. it looks like it didnt tap it hard enough to crack or distort the alumium at all
