Did you lower your car or replace the trans mount with an aftermarket one? If so the driveline angle may be off. Try to get a Sirometer from a local small engine repair shop and if you can tell me the rpm, speed and frequency, I could plug it into a tool I have at work to tell you what the vibration is.

My s-10 had a 2 piece ds and I put that thing on bags, I had to replace the mid bearing might have been $30 and $10 for a place do press the old one out and press the new one in. Might be an idea, but Im not sure if they are the exact same design'91 Camaro Modded, LSx, House of Kolor Intense White, lowered, GS chrome 18" wheels, 14" Brembo CTS-V on all 4 corners, LS rear end, FP suspension components

Try to get an aluminum LS1 drive shaft.
If not a third or 4th gen steel one piece would work too.
You may or may not need to grind the bracket for the mid-shaft bearing off, depending on aluminum or steel.sigpic
