With the onset of transmission failure, it's time to throw in the replacement:

I literally just picked it up from a terminal in Ypsi a few hours ago. It's a 2008 model with 30,000 miles that I picked up DIRT cheap from a wrecker in Florida. It also comes with a 3 month warranty that I intend on taking advantage of if something is wrong with it.
More pics and info as I go on with the project. I'm dynoing the car this weekend at the dyno day, which should be fine since the current 4l60e isn't slipping when it's in gear. After that, the old trans, driveshaft, and rear come out for the new goodies. Expected finish is around the middle of July. Since there's very minimal fab needed for this swap, I don't expect this to take much time to complete. Everything is on order except for a drive shaft at this point. I won't know what to get until I can actually measure everything at a resting state in the car.
More to come!
