    I used to have an M6. Remember?

    It was totally fine for me, maybe the bigger offroad tires makes it kinda hard to compare the application to an f body setup for drag racing

      locker sucks in a manual . wouldnt try to make a 1/4 pass with it. to "lock " them before a pass you do your burnout. then dry hop HARD enough to spin 1 tire to lock it. then pull up and launch. otherwise it wont be locked when the light turns yellow

        I have a detroit locker in my Firebird and my truck. You can hear the rachet clicking when turning sharp at low speeds. The truck is pretty loud. You cant beat it when drag racing, but it can get annoying on the street as the rachet is pretty strong and often times does not let the outside wheel over run as it should.

          I thought you had a spool in the 12 bolt?

                      my car still sees about 4000 more miles a year than his does so whatever, you guys can call it whatever you want

                          not really any different than most. most "race cars" i know of cant drive 50 miles to woodward, cruise 20 miles up and down, and then 50 miles back.
