Just wondering if it would be possible with some work. I know the input shafts on the transmissions have a different spline but could those be swapped out? I have a feeling I am looking at a clutch swap soon and I do not want to get stuck with another chatterbox spec

darn, well was worth a shot.
I definitely need to drive yours. I absolutely REFUSE to get another Stage 3. I don't mind a clutch that has a personality to it, but i can't freaking stand chatter!!Originally posted by kyleozzie View Postjust get a 3+ and forget about it.-Joel

I LOVE my OEM stock like clutch. Granted I dont make the HP you do, look into perfection clutches. They may offer a nicer one than what I have that would fit your needs.Originally posted by JoeliusZ28 View Postdarn, well was worth a shot.

Why not use a centerforce? I have had a dual friction on my car for years now and beat the everlovin crap out of it with no problems. No chatter, stock pedal feel, its great. Eric L

LS1s can. Jon has a single disc textralia and it doesnt chatter at all, grabs just as hard as my clutch. Ive heard of similar results from monster clutches. My spec has just a "tad" beyond a little chatter. My entire car is now in worse condition thanks to that spec shaking it to pieces throughout the last 20k miles. No more.Originally posted by ThreeHonks View Postyep.
You either need to ignore the harsheness and chatter of having a cheap single disc clutch or step up and pay for a nice dual disc. You cant have your cake and eat it too-Joel
