    how to fix clutch in a T5

    my clutch has a little play in the end of it and its making a very very small grinding noise. i thought it was the throw out bearing. but the i called the guy i just bought it from and he told me he put a new on in it. and the slave/sleeve cylinder needs to be bleed to stiffen it up.

    so how do i bleed the slave/sleeve cylinder

    thanks. im not sure which one its called.

    i the part the bolts to the bellhousing there a small allen head screw and you lossen to bleed the system

      ^^^ yup, some people even go as far as to attach a small rubber hose and submerse the open end in brake fluid in order to only allow the air to escape the line. Make sure you have somone to press the clutch down slowly as you do this too. Good luck
