I went to Ross towing today to see if they had a trans for my car. The guy at the counter said that ONLY 95 Fbody 4l60e's fit the 95, saying that 94, 96, 97...etc wont fit it. Is this true, or is it BS?

its a line of BS, hell a 700R4 from a 3rd gen bolts up to the 4th gens
if they give you the jazz agin, then tell them you got the year wrong and you have a 94

according to hollander interchange only a '95 fbody trans works, it's not the bolt up it's the operation, the 4l60e is computer controlled, and '95 is an in between computer yearComment
