    Yeah the seperate sides thing is just an old myth. As long as you have half decent wiring, you should be alright, and yes, standard copper wire from radioshack will do just fine.

      I have wires and nitrous through the pcm grommet and on drivers side I have stuff through the hood release cable grommet

        For a sub amp I'll run RCA's down the same side as the power wire. With my 4-channel I ran both down separate sides since I ran speaker wire to the speakers separately anyway (was a Bose system). That PCM grommet is perfect though.

            makes no difference (the sub amp will actually suffer more from noise as it's adding frequencies it's not supposed to get)
