Yeah, but I didn't think it was fried since it still powers on and everything. . . I guess I'll just have to unhook it and put it in storage. . . Maybe actually use the T-Top storage area for actually storing my T-Tops. . . lol I've had subs in there since I got the car last winter. . . Now, my tops just bounce around in the backseat. I'll just have to deal with the poor sound quality and quiet bass and not hearing the stereo when the tops are out, I guess. . . lol

Did you check to make sure all your connections are correct? I've crossed the wires a few times my self by accident. Also you might want to pull the subs out of the box and make sure the wires in there are still connected. Also ask a friend or someone that you know if you can hook there amp real quick in your car to see if you blew your subs or not. If you lived close to me I'd let you use mine to check.

try pushing in on your subs, if they don't move, well time to get new ones, and is the protect light on on your amp?

it's possible one of the outputs fried since it was so long, but that's unusual for an rf 9I have dead shorted them before)

Well, I tried everything, and yes, I triple-checked to be sure all of the connections were correct, and they all were. I'm just going to take the subs out and live without until I can afford a new amp. Then I may be shopping with one of this site's sponsors. . . Or with whoever puts a 900+ watt amp for sale in the classifieds for what my budget will be. My sister has a Sony XPlod 650w, but I don't want less power. . .

Yeah, but how powerful is it? I got my RF 900w as a trade for a D/A after one of the guys at my dad's work ran his over with a car. . . I'm broke, we all know that, I am still looking for employment, but it looks like I'm just gonna do a work study and work as a lab assistant at school in the fall. Is there any market for broken amps? I know they can be fixed for a price. . . I was thinking about getting another RF because I really like the Punch Bass feature. . . And this one has taken a lot of abuse. It's been in and out of 3 cars, and it still worked like brand new up until I fried it. . .

My Kenwood hits pretty hard. It's been in 2 diff cars and right now it's just sitting and collecting dust.

Alright, Steve. I'll see who I might contact out here, if I can get it done for $35, I'll definitely have it fixed. I just have no idea what is wrong with it, it could be an output, it could be some connection somewhere, it could even be all 3 of my subs that got fried. That would suck. . . I'll see what I can do, this is the first amp I've ever had, so I kinda want to have it fixed. Thanks, guys!
