um easy solution, it looks good as it is.Originally posted by 06camarodude View PostI want to get a body kit, but I've been unable to come up with enough money for one. My family is in a very bad financial spot right now, and I've been helping out the best I can, but I still can't rationalize spending $500-$800 on a body kit when the bills are going unpaid.
not saying your truck looks bad or anything, but the black on your truck is not a good example of a black paint job in good condition. This is what black can do when taken care of correctlyOriginally posted by 06camarodude View PostI never really understood about the whole "Black is hard to keep clean" thing until I bought my black truck. I've always been impressed by black cars because I know black is the hardest to spray right and it shows all imperfections, but I never realized that it was so hard to clean properly.

may it duly be noted that this required me to pretty much re-detail the car in the parking lot after a 10 minute drive there. you never realize how much dust you collect until you drive a clean black car around.Last edited by JoeliusZ28; April 9th, 2007, 10:07 AM.-Joel
