do you have an electric sensor for the fuel or is it a line fed ? I ran mine off the fuel rail, trans temp, if you have an aftermarket pan should have a provision for a sensor, sometimes there is a port on the drivers side of the trans that may allow you to pull temps from there .

Yes there is a sending unit with threads. I guess my question is what fitting do u use on the fuel rail. It has a fitting similar to a bicycle inner tube

use a valve removal tool and pull out that valve, i use -3AN fitting stainless line to go from the fuel rail to my gauge.

You can buy the adapter straight from glowshift. I got mine from jegs (didnt realize glowshift had the adapter, other wise I would have bought from them) part number 681-MFF0001

With that adapter you can hook up the sensor to the fuel rail.

For the trans. I bought a bung and had it welded in to the side of the pan. Mounted unit into bung and just ran the wires. You can also put it in the pressure port on the side of the trans if you dont want to go that route. Only reason I got the bung because I can remove sensor to drain out the fluid when the interval comes. (Or could always buy a deep pan that has the bung already welded for a sensor, and a drain plug on the bottom)

Power source I used the headlight switch.
