Question about 97 SS Hood

still having no luck identifying this blasted hood lol.....Guess it dont really matter as long as it fits as good as it does. Only concern i have is what it might take to make it functional....any ideas on that guys?

So, since i have no solid proof of exactly what make hood i have here, anyone know exactly what i would need in order to make it ram air functional? This is the setup i am looking at but i need the intake tube and cant find....anybody have any ideas?camaroarainyday013.jpg
