        Pro Grip, as recommended.. $25 for 2 tubes. It's all over but the crying now, test fit is perfect.. Hurry up glue! Total time invested thus far, 35 minutes...

          Like I said elsewhere, no need to wait on glue just use a few self-tapping screws.

                  Looks nice Larry!

                  Glad my all metal 3rd gen doesn't have any "plastic and glue" issues All I have to worry about is being slllooooooowww!

                          Looking at this thread makes me want to do mine. I dont know anything about this process...how did you get the glue off the used panel without breaking it? Were the older ones attached in a different way?

                            There is still old glue on the new panel.. You're supposed to leave some on.. The 93-97 and very early 98's used a different glue that didn't react with the panel the way the May 98-2002 did.. Once the bubbles start there is no permanent fix.. Might look good for a year or so, but the bubbles will always come back.. So I have a panel off a 95 now..

                                when you say bubbled, do you mean like the panel was starting to seperate ? or the paint was bubbling ?
