    Lookin good! I was debating on doing something like this, but id have to do the relocation first. Got any pictures of yours?

        I'll try and post some tonight.. Thunder racing sells a kit.. That's whay I bought.. You can find them on tech too.. If you buy the thunder kit don't buy the wires that come with it.. Mine fell apart in less than a year..

              Do you think it will James?

              If so, I'd suggest Quiksteel or something of the like. I know a lot of Cobalt guys use it to plug the silencer holes on their superchargers instead of JB Weld.

                No, the holes don't go through the valve cover.. So worse case scenario, if it fails, I will try something else..

                      They're aluminum right? I know it is a PITA to weld, but any machine shop should be able to weld them shut and grind them down smooth. I know mine could. We'd even polish em

                        Yeah, you just gotta TIG it. Aluminum melts at a low temperature, so you have to be really careful with the heat you use...

                                looks good, will powder or chrome stick to the jb weld ? paint body color would look pretty sweet.... but im not sure if you would want to clear because it will yellow
