    what about a chrome ceramic coating larry? I had my shorty headers on the Buick done and they looked almost like chrome and never changed color and was only 75 bucks, its a place down here, I think they still do it too..

        Maybe tonight.. I filled the holes yesterday, should of put a touch more hardener in... Should be ready for some sanding tonight..

                If I had an LSX this is one of the fist things I'd do. Can't stnad the look of those coils sitting on top of the valve covers. One of GM's worst design ideas. Right up there with the Optispark (ooo lets put the distributor right under the water pump.... )

                Anyway, back on topic, those look good Larry! Can't wait to see what the final product will look like.

                        I'm pretty sure they don't design an engine to be pretty. Functionality is more important.

                            Couldn't resist.. Sprayed them flat black so i could see where I needed more filler.. For a first spray they don't look bad.. See a few spots i need to fix.. Sand em back down and try again..
