Sorry, no pics, just a update. Hood, bumpers and engine bay are ready for paint. Hoping when I go in next week to see a couple painted pieces. Still a long ways to go, fenders/doors/rear hatch come off next.. Man, what a beautiful day today, someone loan me their car..

I'm hurrying dude....
Had a long talk with him last week, told him it was time to get a move on.. He's doing alot of extras for free, so don't want to piss him off.. If it means I have to wait a few weeks longer, so be it.. But I sure am itching for a cruise right now..

Dont worry Larry, theres still a crap ton of salt on the roads, its all about restraint bud. Heck, how do you think I feel. My SS is running great, nothing wrong with it, but I refuse to drive it yet, to much salt. Yes.........................its killing me. Good luck, I have had cars stuck in body shop pergatory myself. Oh I know Eric. I'm willing to wait, want it done right this time.. Like he(painter) told me last week, I'd rather have you mad at me for taking a few weeks more and doing it right, versus rushing to get it done and screwing it up. Plus like I said, he is working with me on some ideas. He is going to paint it the way we discussed, but if I don't like the changes he will paint it back to how it looked last year at no charge. He's also doing the engine bay for free, he welded and smoothed all the holes so it should look much better. He's doing the finishing touches on my valve covers and painting for free. In the end, it will be worth the wait..

Little update.. Getting closer.. Engine bay is nearing completion(paint prep) and bumpers will be sprayed next week.. Saw my paint, Looked great in the can...lol Nice metalflake.. Here's how the engine bay and front bumper sit as of now. Both still need a little more prep, but inching closer..
