                • Went to the shop last week and Chris was pulling the fenders, so I hung around and helped.. They couldn't get the bottom bolts out, Found out why, I had been using a small floor jack to lift the car enough to get a reg floor jack under it. I didn't realize I was lifting on a body panel joint. We were able to save the Passenger side, we heated it with a heat gun and straightened it out and also straightened the sheetmetal.. Put the fender back on and it aligned perfectly.. Drivers side was worse.. I had broken the bottom of the fender, replaced from GM was $211(should have it tomorrow).. Don't mind all the wiring, that's my mess.. Once the bay gets painted I will be putting all the wiring back in place. He is doing the bay for free which is why I am doing all the other stuff for him.. Here's my fenderless *****.. Below that is the fender I ruined.. He is going to repair it so I have a spare, but hard to say if it will hold.

                            • When something says Do Not place Jack Here, I'd advice you DONT PLACE THE JACK THERE lol!It seems like a logical place because the pinch weld is right there, but it does clearly have it labeled in the fender to not place the jack there lol.
