Does anybody know how much a good powder coating job for my wheels would cost? Completely stripped down and baked at the right temp.

a company will charge an arm and a leg. I'd just paint them, it's easy and cheap, and if it chips or if you hit something you can go buy a can and fix em'.
Go on xceed and PM Jefford15. He does that stuff on the side.Joe - ATM SQUADAt the shop, watching them build my car.

Alloy Wheel Repair in Troy.
I've had 2 sets done by them to somewhat specific requirements.
1. Media blast existing wheels.
2. Powdercoat a specific GM color code (for the second set, there was no existing powder in that color...they offered to custom mix one for me...I told them to "just get close"...and they did).
3. Machine back the bare aluminum areas per factory requirements.
4. Powdercoat clear over the entire wheel.
Frankly, I couldn't be happier...cost was $125 a wheel, but that does vary on wheel complexity.

It annoys me more then anything.
