It's far too late for a stock dyno number on this one haha. If anyone knows him personally please drop a mention for me. I'm on the verge of exploring other options.

To be honest with you, I would like to get him to do a tune on mine. Figured that seeing him there would help things along.

            REMINDER!

            MiFBody Dyno Day 2018
            Saturday, October 27 -- 9 AM to 2 PM-ish
at Jake's Austomotive, 7454 Triangle Drive, Sterling Heights MI 48314

            With DR. PHIL!

$50 per car -- send your money now to PayPal.me/KTL711atMacDotCom

If we don't get 15 cars, we can still make this happen, but we would need to collect a little more per car to meet Jake's minimum.

Sure George, just email me at the address in my PayPal, just replace the "at" with "@" and the "dot" with "." and you've got the address. I'm in Ferndale, so it would be easy to meet up at a Starbucks or something.

Yes! Tell your friends - this might be one of the last instances to drive the car for the year...and what better way than seeing how much power it puts down.

My brother's Mustang is at Curt's shop, having rust in the quarter panel (worse than we initially thought - but appears to be common) repaired. Depending on Curt's luck sourcing a replacement quarter (they do not produce that part anymore, nor is there any kind of patch. The ones that do exist are very expensive and replace almost the entire quarter, so the junkyard is a better option) he may not be able to make the dyno day.

If he's not able to, I'm still planning on paying for his spot, as I kind of was banking on him being part of the minimum number of vehicles. I'd run the Cobalt, but it has proven time and time again that it wants nothing to do with a dyno (and the Volt needs the rear wheels to be spun or it'll flip out).

Hoping the forecast changes...looks like it might be majorly shitty out on Saturday. That said, everyone (probably) has heat, so they should be fine. I do not, so it's going to be a coat and gloves affair, most likely. Downside to ceramic-coated headers...they don't expel heat into the cabin like a furnace.

Wonderful. This fall is ****ing terrible.

Sure hope we can muster up enough cars to hold the event.

Yeah, rain Saturday (50%), Sunday (40%) and Monday (40%). Not a nice weekend...like this last one. Fall is my favorite season, and the rain and cold of this one are sort of ruining it for me.

Sounds like Curt should have my brother's Mustang done by Saturday, so he should be able to run. No more rusty quarter!
